Experience can be deceptive. I often hear people say things like “I feel like we need to stop working pretty soon” or “I feel like we need to improve here”. This is intuition, and it only works so well. Running a project in a data-driven kind of way is so much better. It takes a little set up to get the sources of the data and make them accessible. The decisions aren’t stressful though, because they are informed.
